I'm a full-time student and part-time artist with an affinity for everything dreamy and surreal . I have been drawing digitally for the past five years and currently focus on creating character designs based on aesthetics that I enjoy , as well as illustrations of my original characters and personal projects . GENERAL TOS· Do not under any circumstances associate my work with NFTs or AI learning .· Credit to @SnowLunaire must be explicitly given when sharing any of my works online or any commissioned works without watermark .· As the Artist of your adopt / custom design / commission , I maintain the right to use and publish the artwork on my social media and portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon .· You acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator , and I will not ship physical goods unless specified otherwise .· My work is for personal use only unless specified otherwise during an order . Commissioned artwork from me can be freely used as personal icons / wallpapers etc. , but I do not allow my art to be used commercially without my authorization .PROCESS· Please be aware that I am a very slow artist , and may struggle with rush . Commissions in general may take anywhere within 1 - 6 months to complete , depending on complexity and queue .· I do not currently accept text references as my only source of character reference , and must also be given visual references to be able to work on your commission .· edits can be freely requested and made before the coloured sketch is approved . Any edits requested afterwards or after completion may be subject to a $5+ fee depending on complexity .· WIPs and completed artworks are sent through the website we have communicated through , and all high quality images are sent through Email .

ADOPTABLES / CUSTOM DESIGNS· After purchasing an Adoptable / custom design from me , you are free to convert the design into a closed species character and / or make as many changes as you like to the original design , as long as credit for the original design concept is still given to me .· I allow adoptable holds for up to one week before payment , and holds are only valid once .· You can freely gift , trade or resell any of my designs once purchased . Reselling must not be at a higher price than what was paid for initially , unless extra commissioned art is present.PAYMENT / REFUND· For all commissions , Payment must be given upfront to avoid scams . all payments are made through PayPal only, in USD . Please be aware of this and conversion rates .· I do not allow refunds once I have begun progress on your commission .COMMERCIAL USE「 Please note that commercial use TOS are still a WIP and may be subject to change . 」· If you wish to order artwork from me for commercial usage , it may double the price of your commission , although it may depend on the artwork in question .· Commercial usage fees are a 100% increase of the original price , although may vary in some occasions depend on what the intended usage is .
